There's not much use in looking at Northeast Oyster Company's menu before you visit as it changes almost every day. That's because the owner insists on plying patrons with only the freshest oysters. The day's exact catch depends on the season and how deep the mermaids are willing to dive for it.

Along with the oysters, the eatery serves up fresh, gourmet cheeses that also rotate frequently. These include everything from the truffle tremor, a tangy goat cheese packed with italian black summer truffles, to more familiar options, such as Roquefort blue cheese. To bring out the flavor notes in the oysters and cheese, the owner has curated a wine list full of reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines.
